As the Construction Manager as Agent (CMa) and Commissioning Agent representing GSA, Adapt ensured contract compliance by the design-build team, and maintained tenant operations and satisfaction throughout the course of the project. Operational status of this schedule-driven project was necessary to support 24/7 facility operations ahead of the upcoming peak season. Through proactive risk identification and planning, Adapt guided the project team through strawman scenarios that resulted in continuous facility operations during the course of construction, avoiding $50 Million / Day in revenue loss.
