Tom Cook is a SAVE International Certified Value Specialist (CVS). Tom has extensive industry experience leading over 500 Value Study Teams since 1988. As an experienced business strategy and manufacturing consultant, Tom’s work emphasizes the discovery, and elimination of “Value Mismatch”. This focus on eliminating Value Mismatch drastically improves cost, ROI, and competitive position products and projects of all types and sizes. Past clients include: Clarke Industries, Ford, General Electric, Hobart Manufacturing, Jackson Products, Mine Safety Appliances, Raynor Doors, and Whirlpool. These are just a few of the leading consumer and industrial product manufacturers and government organizations for whom Tom has performed in-depth Value Studies.

Additionally, Tom served as the Value Program Manager for the US Bureau of Reclamation – the largest wholesaler of water in the country and second largest producer of hydroelectric power in the western US. During this time, he worked out of the Design, Estimating, Construction Oversight and Value Program Office located in Denver, Colorado. Tom has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. Furthermore, he has also served as the past President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter for SAVE International.
