PROJECT MANAGER, TRANSWESTERN PIPELINE – PHOENIX EXPANSION
Lisa Lowery, as the Construction Project Manager for the subcontractor, managed conflicting utility removal and restoration along portions of this 259-mile gas pipeline project. Her skills in relationship management and establishing clear expectations supported open discussions with individual landowners who were losing land for the new pipeline easement.
Her style cut through the resentment of landowners and sped scoping and negotiation for restoration work. This resulted in quick conclusions and with stakeholder expectations being coordinated & solutions developed to meet utility owner budget, resulting in quicker stakeholder sign-off. With clear agreement and understanding, restoration work was performed seamlessly.
