OPERATIONS IMPROVEMENT PLANNING STUDY
This organization was struggling to manage growth, organizational behavior and was in a seemingly endless cycle of crisis management. We worked with them to address concerns of inter-department dysfunction, operational improvement opportunities, and “right-size” departmental growth planning. Using creative, systematic approaches such as Function Analysis and FAST Diagramming, we were able to evaluate the best means of improvement based on user-driven data and well- developed strategies. The implementation of our proprietary InvisionValue™ methodology improved departmental relations and improved accountability, eliminated leadership transition risk, and improved processes by reassigning staff efforts, resulting in a 15% increase in revenues, while using the same labor dollars.
